5 year old school boy dies after chocking on his lunch in school

5 year old Theodore Sylvestre died after chocking on his lunch at Anlaby primary school. It has been said that the teachers made an attempt to save the child but he died shortly after arriving at the hospital ,paramedics also made an attempt to save him at the scene before rushing him to the hospital. The head teacher of Anlaby primary school stated"The whole school community is deeply saddened by this tragic event and the thoughts of everyone connected with the school are with the child's family." Theodores death is not being treated as suspicious.

 I chose this story because when I saw this I found it quite upsetting for his parents because they took there child off to school knowing that they would see them after school not thinking that anything bad would happen , so for them to not be able to see there child again is truly heart breaking.

 As for representation I think this comes under representation of age because the boy died only at the age of 5 which is really sad that he didn't have the opportunity to grow up and live and experience life.
Another reason why I chose this story was because I was recently told that another boy who was slighty older then Theodore  chocked and died in another primary school so when I saw this story I was truly shocked.

London zoo gorilla broke enclosure glass twice before escape I recently found this story from the Guardian about a gorilla called kumbuka that escaped the enclosure at London zoo on Thursday evening it was reported that he broke out of his area and was later tranquillised by the vets and was brought back to his area. It has been reported that the london zoo have said that they are going to carry out a full investigation which has been described as a minor accident. Sources have stated that the cage door was left open. I chose this story because I usually here about animals escaping the zoo in movies and to here that a real life zoo animal escaped the zoo is quite astonishing. I also think that the zoo keepers should be more careful and should make sure that they close the cage, luckily for them no one was hurt.
